Fale com a BR.O is a permanent Ombudsman channel and impartial and confidential communication between BR.O and the interested parties that it offers support with regard to the application of the guidelines of our Ethics and Conduct Manual.
Goals:
• Establish a direct and permanent channel of impartial communication between customers, employees, suppliers, service providers, society and the company's management, in order to guarantee the integrity of the ethical principles that must guide our administration;
• Receive and investigate, through this channel, information, reports, complaints, suggestions, questions, compliments or criticisms in a confidential manner;
• Obtain improvements in the services provided and correct any errors, deviations or abuses;
• Analyze the results of actions that may contribute to the reformulation of procedures in general;
• Protect and guarantee the rights and duties of all BR.O employees;
• Detect, early, events that could harm BR.O;
• Protect BR.O's image.
